Omeprazole Capsules IP refers to omeprazole capsules that adhere to the standards set by the Indian Pharmacopoeia (IP). Omeprazole belongs to a class of medications known as proton pump inhibitors (PPIs). It works by reducing the production of stomach acid by inhibiting the proton pump in the stomach lining.
